I’m Dr. Lauretta Justin

I’ve been an optometrist and CEO for almost 20 years, building my own practice and creating communities for women leaders.
For a while, I was chasing the million-dollar mark in my practice. I thought that number would prove I had “made it.”
But on the path there, I realized I was losing myself in what I now call the Exhaustion Economy — working harder and harder, but keeping less and less. I was drained, my profits were leaking, and I knew something had to change.
That’s when I redefined what a “million-dollar practice” really means. For me, it’s not just about gross revenue — it’s about profit, peace, and purpose. That shift inspired me to write my eBook, The New Million Dollar Practice, and to create the Burnout Audit — a simple but powerful tool to help women business owners reclaim control of their time, energy, and results.

The Heart Behind My Mission
Beyond the boardroom, I’m a wife of 26 years and mom to three amazing sons. My greatest joy comes from my faith and the deep connection I share with my family.
I believe wellness is about wholeness — body, mind, and spirit. I’m learning to love myself in every season, focusing on energy and strength rather than numbers on a scale.
And I’m passionate about wealth — not just financial wealth, but the kind that brings freedom, legacy, and impact. Because when women are profitable, peaceful, and purposeful, the world changes for the better.
